Production and execution

1- Fiber should be added to the mixer at the same time as the stone materials from the weighing and must be before adding bitumen.
2- The mixing time of stone materials, fibers and bitumen in the mixer is determined at least 40 to 60 seconds.
3. There should be full coordination and planning between the stages of production, transportation, distribution and crushing of fiber asphalt, so that the set of executive operations is carried out continuously and without interruption, and there should be full supervision in implementation.
5- Avoid stopping the players and rollers during the separate operation, because it causes unevenness of the asphalt surface and full supervision must be done.
6- Rolling operation should start immediately after the asphalt spread and the rollers should have the shortest distance with the spreader.
7- Dosage: 1 to 2 kg of fiber per ton of asphalt
